Brandon joins Virentes Hospitality from supporting Playa Bowls as a Franchise Consultant. Previously he spent 11 years with Tijuana Flats, gaining experience in corporate training, new store openings and operations excellence. His leadership style focuses on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helping teams deliver strong, sustainable performance.
