John Goldasich

John is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Montclair Group, a specialized boutique investment bank. John has spent more than 20 years advising founders, emerging consumer brands, and private equity groups on mergers, acquisitions, raising capital and strategic growth.

Before founding Montclair, John was a Managing Director in the Consumer Group at Lazard, where he led the firm’s global Restaurant, Franchising, and Consumer Services practices. Prior to Lazard, he was a Partner at Arlington Capital Advisors and began his career in capital markets and structured finance at AmSouth (now Regions Securities).

John holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lipscomb University and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
